Location Data

When you use "Find Groups Near Me," GroupWasap asks your browser for your approximate location. This is only used to calculate distances to WhatsApp groups near you at the moment of your request. We do not store precise coordinates tied to your identity, and location access is entirely optional — you can always browse by selecting a state and district manually instead.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in (if you create an account), and an anonymous visitor identifier used to show the "users online" counter, prevent duplicate reports, and measure group views/clicks. These cookies do not contain personal information.

Reports

When you report a group, we store the reason, an optional message, and an anonymized identifier (not your name or email) to prevent abuse of the report system.
